"A" project represents a creative process of deconstruction and reconstruction of the letter A. The idea behind the project was to create a letter design, which can be used in the system, such as type design, or on its own, such as logo design.

This project represents the process of deconstruction and reconstruction of the letterform.

First step of the project was to deconstruct the letterform to show a verb, such as tearing, bending, folding, cutting, scanning, photographing, etc.

The next step consisted of refining the most successful ideas and designing new letterforms concentrating on application of different textures and patterns to bring in the movement, and the energy into the design.

This step of the project was to develop several letterforms that would spell out the word PLAY. The main goal behind this step was to create a system that would work for different letters. This system had to be applicable to different letters uniting them to work as a typeface.

The next step was to apply the color or the texture to the word PLAY based on the shapes of the letters.

Next step consisted of creating a mood board. We were to gather images, patters, and colors to create an environment around the word PLAY.

The final step of the project was to create the animation for the word PLAY.
